BLF technology uses “status icons” to show when a contact is online, busy, inactive, etc. These little status bubbles help you to know what your contacts coworkers are up to and when you might best be able to reach them. Here’s what they mean:
Gray circle: Inactive.
“RINGING:” Their extension is ringing.
“ON CALL:” They are currently on a call.
