In the meantime, here’s a self-service option that might provide an immediate resolution:

First things first, let’s make sure your account has been activated. Check your email for any activation emails sent from Mongotel—be sure to check your spam and trash folders.

If you don’t see any activation emails, try resetting your password. Click “Forgot Password” and follow the on-screen prompts.

If you do see an activation email, click the link within and follow the necessary prompts. Note that those links expire after some time, so they might need to be resent (if so, contact Support and we’ll get that ball rolling). Once your account is activated, try signing in again. For more information, read How to Activate Your Account.
