First off, congratulations are in order! If you’re new to Mongotel, welcome to the club. If you’re already a member of a Mongotel Organization, welcome back. This process should get you signed in and ready to roll in only a few short minutes.

Log In On Mongotel.com.

We have a great website built with your experience in mind. Check it out while you perform this simple process.

Step 1: Go to Mongotel.com.

Go to Mongotel.com. This is the home page for the Mongotel portal. Here, you can log in to view your account or access a trove of info about our company.

Step 2: Click “LOGIN.”

Click “LOGIN.”

Step 3: Enter your email and password.

Your default login credentials will be the email address and password you used to activate your account.

Enter your email address and password.

Step 4: Click the right arrow button.

This will complete the login process.

And there you have it! You should now be signed in to your Client or User portal. While you’re there, take some time to poke around and make sure everything is set up to your liking.

If you find something you’d like to see changed, you might be able to find convenient self-service tools for doing so—if you have permission from your account admin. For more in-depth changes, Support is only a phone call away!

In the meantime, here’s a self-service option that might provide an immediate resolution:

First things first, let’s make sure your account has been activated. Check your email for any activation emails sent from Mongotel—be sure to check your spam and trash folders.

If you don’t see any activation emails, try resetting your password. Click “Forgot Password” and follow the on-screen prompts.

If you do see an activation email, click the link within and follow the necessary prompts. Note that those links expire after some time, so they might need to be resent (if so, contact Support and we’ll get that ball rolling). Once your account is activated, try signing in again.
