Network Health Checklist (NHC)

File is current as of 4/20/2023.

Mongotel’s engineers have put together a network health checklist (NHC) to remove much of the memorization and mental work associated with installing devices. Instead of remembering a long list of ports, searching for firewall rules, etc., you can simply open up the Mongotel NHC PDF (attached above).

What Is a Network Health Checklist?

A network health checklist, NHC, for short, is a type of document that can take many different forms. In our case, Mongotel’s NHC provides an overview of the technical specifications and serves as an important reference material.

Who Is the Mongotel NHC for?

This document is designed for use by Mongotel Resellers and VoIP technicians. It’s particularly useful when printed out (or as a PDF on a mobile device) for ease of access while working in the field, such as when installing devices at a Mongotel Client’s place of business.

How Can You Use the Mongotel NHC?

The format of the Mongotel NHC enables at-a-glance access to the most important network configuration details you’ll need when installing devices. That’s why we recommend keeping a copy on-hand whenever possible.
