How to Provide Admin Approval
Admin approval is required for any request that includes major changes to an account, such as adding new extensions or enrolling in eFax.
Maybe you’ve received Mongotel’s admin approval request email. Maybe a Client Support Agent asked you to verify your information over the phone. Whatever the case, this is process for you!

Providing Admin Approval Via Email
Email is the standard process for providing admin approval. In some cases, exceptions can be made. If you’re interested in making frequent or high-volume changes to your account, let us know. We’d be happy to work out an ongoing arrangement!
Step 1:Â Provide your full name, email, and contact phone number.
We at Mongotel are committed to ensuring your security. We’ll never permit any unauthorized person to access and change the information on your account. To maintain that barrier of protection, we need to verify your information. Once we know who you are, you’ll be able to proceed.

What is your email address?*
What is your phone number?*
*This needs to match the information you gave us when setting yourself as the account admin. But don’t worry! If you’ve changed your name, you no longer have access to your old email address, or entered your phone number incorrectly, we have ways to help you change that.
Step 2:Â Acknowledge and consent to any pricing changes for your account.
If your request will cause any pricing changes to your account, we’ll need your written consent before we can proceed. This is to ensure communication remains as clear as possible when handling Mongotel Client finances.
Step 3: Send an email from account admin’s address confirming the request.
The email will need to confirm the details of the request, any changes to the setup or configuration of any account settings, and any changes to the billing information or amount billed.
