How to Place a Call on Hold (Private)
Press the Hold softkey on the display.
How to Place a Call on Hold (Public Call Park)
Press the Call Park softkey on the display.
Wait for one of the Park keys to blink, indicating the lot in which the caller is parked.
How to Directly Access an Extension’s Voicemail
Dial *96 followed by the extension number. E.g., *96101.
How to Transfer a Call Directly to an Extension’s Voicemail
Press the Transfer softkey on the display.
Dial *96 followed by the extension number.
Press the Transfer softkey again.
How to Make an Intercom Call From Your Extension
Dial *99 followed by the intercom’s extension number.
How to Check Your Voicemail
From your phone, dial *85#.
How to Check Your Voicemail Remotely
(Must be enabled by an admin.)
Call your business’s main number.
At the greeting, press option 8.
Follow the prompts
Your ID is your extension number.

Call (718) 942-9990, dial 611 from any Mongotel extension, or email helpdesk@mongotel.com.
How to Transfer a Call (Blind)
Press the Transfer softkey on the display.
Enter the number you want the call to be transferred to.
Press the Transfer softkey again.
How to Transfer a Call (Attended)
Press the Transfer softkey on the display.
Enter the number you want the call to be transferred to and press the # or Dial key.
Wait for the call to connect, then announce the transfer.
Press the Transfer softkey again.
How to Conference Call
Press the Conference softkey on the display.
Dial the number you want to add to your current call.
Wait for the other person to pick up, then press Conference again.
How to View Your Local Call History
Press the History softkey on the display.
Press the up or down buttons to search and select the desired entry.
