What Is Mongotel eFax?

Mongotel eFax, just eFax for short, empowers Mongotel Users to send and receive faxes electronically. Fax documents directly to or from your email, with a fax bridge, or through the Mongotel eFax web portal. This unlimited service is great for healthcare providers, law offices, and just about every other business there is. And it includes all the necessary encryptions.

What’s Included in a Mongotel eFax Package?

All Mongotel eFax account subscriptions include the following basic features with potential for customization and expansion:

  • One (1) User profile with a unique email address

  • One (1) local or toll-free fax number

  • Unlimited eFax usage1

  • All email-to-fax and fax-to-email features

  • A secure, online portal optimized for use on most devices

  • HIPAA-compliant, end-to-end encryption

  • The ability to save contacts, tag faxes, generate reports, and more!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Can I have more than one User profile?

Yes. Fax to your heart’s content with as many User profiles as you need—for just a slight surcharge per additional profile or fax number.

Can I assign multiple Users to a single number?

Yes. Note that all Users assigned to a number will have access to all incoming/outgoing faxes sent to/from that number. If different Users need different access permissions, they’ll need different numbers.

Can I assign multiple numbers to a single User?

Yes. If a single User needs access to multiple eFax inboxes, they can be assigned multiple numbers. They can then select which number to send faxes from when sending an eFax.

Can I create a User profile without assigning a number to it?

Yes. This will restrict the User to only sending faxes. They will not be able to receive any faxes.
