1. Press the Hold softkey on the display.

2. Dial *96 followed by the extension number.

3. Press the Transfer softkey again.

1. Dial *99 followed by the intercom’s extension number.

1. From your phone, dial *85#.

1. Call your business’s main number.

2. At the greeting, press option 8.

1. Work with Client Support to enable these features.

How to Transfer a Call (Blind)

1. Press the Transfer softkey on the display.

2. Enter the number you want the call to be transferred to.

3. Press the Transfer softkey again.

How to Transfer a Call (Attended)

1. Press the Transfer softkey on the display.

2. Enter the number you want the call to be transferred to and press the # or Dial key.

3. Wait for the call to connect, then announce the transfer.

4. Press the Transfer softkey again.

How to Conference Call

1. Press the Conference softkey on the display.

2. Dial the number you want to add to your current call.

3. Wait for the other person to pick up, then press Conference again.

How to View Your Local Call History

1. Press the History softkey on the display.

2. Press the up or down buttons to search and select the desired entry.
