How to Disable (or Re-Enable) the Warning Beep When on a Recorded Line in the Mongotel Softphone App

Disabling the warning beep does not disable call recording.

Do not disable the warning beep if doing so would be a crime in your jurisdiction.

By default, the Mongotel Softphone app will play a warning beep every 15 seconds to remind you that you’re on a recorded line.

This process guide is only required if you would like to disable the warning beep feature or re-enable it after having previously disabled it.
