How to Edit Quick Dials in the Mongotel Softphone App
Quick dials are the Mongotel Softphone version of speed dials.
Enter the wrong information? No problem! There’s a way to fix that. Whether you’re looking to update information, change somebody’s last name, or enable/disable BLF, this is the process guide for you.

Desktop
This process is the same for both Windows and Mac OS desktops.
Here’s how you can edit quick dials for use in the Mongotel Softphone app on either Windows or Mac operating systems.
Step 1: Click “Contacts.”
Step 2: Right-click the quick dial.
Step 3: Click “Edit.”
Step 4: Make the desired changes.
Step 5: Click “Save.”
iPhone
Here’s how you can edit quick dials for use in the Mongotel Softphone app on iOS devices.
Step 1: Tap “Quickdial.”
Step 2: Tap “EDIT.”
Step 3: Tap the quick dial.
Step 4: Make the desired changes.
Step 5: Tap “Save.”
Step 6: Tap “DONE.”
Android
Here’s how you can edit quick dials for use in the Mongotel Softphone app on Android devices.
Step 1: Tap the quick dial icon.
Step 2: Tap the three vertical dots in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Tap “Edit mode.”
Step 4: Tap the quick dial’s icon.
Step 5: Make the desired changes.
Step 6: Tap the check button.
