How to Change Your Ringtone in the Mongotel Softphone App
So you’re looking to change the ringtone of your Mongotel Softphone? Well, you’ve come to the right place! This document will walk you through doing just that.

Desktop
Step 1: Click the Settings icon.
Step 2: Click “Notifications.”
Step 3: Select a new ringtone from the dropdown menu next to “Ringtone.”
Android
Step 1: Tap the triple vertical dots and select “Settings.”
Step 2: Tap “Preferences.”
Step 3: Tap “Ringtone” and allow permissions.
Step 4: Select or upload a ringtone and click “OK.”
iOS
Step 1: Tap the Settings icon.
Step 2: Tap “Preferences.”
Step 3: Tap “Ringtones.”
Step 4: Tap “Ringtone.”
Step 5: Tap your preferred ringtone and then tap “Done.”
